[p4] Reducing the size of Perforce data.

	Thanks for all those replies. :)
It has educated me a lot and made me think against 'p4 obliterate'.
I will better tell my backup team to increase their tape size. 

Robert,

	Talking of the backup time, it takes around 3 hours for a
complete Perforce backup to a tape. So a restoration according to my
backup admin will nearly take double the time. Something I should be
worried of. :(
