[p4] Perforce sync and maven build only on specific files of a changelist

Is it possible to sync a changelist in order to get only the files in
this changelist? I do not want to have the files concatenated in one
command but using the changelist#.

If yes then using Maven 2 how to do a build in order to have only an
update of these files?
