[p4] Eclipse plugin

Just use the normal Java/Web view.  Eclipse displays all files.  You can
Team -> Open for Add and file using a file view, such as Package Explorer.

Thank you for all the replies. I was not aware that WebSphere was Eclipse.

Now that I have that installed, I am wondering, is there a view for the
Workspace rather than the Depot? I cannot see files that have not been added
yet.

Just use the P4WSAD plugin (the WSAD stands for WebSphere Studio
Application Developer -- a.k.a. Eclipse).
