[p4] [P4] Job triggers

The interesting thing with the (relatively) new jobs triggers is that it is
perfectly possible to start doing some workflow.

However, it would not be particularly easy, and it would be good to have
rather better support from Perforce around this. 

Who knows, maybe P4DTG could evolve towards this??
