[p4] Getting revision numbers given a submitted change #

p4 files //depot/...@<changenumber-1>

lists all the files and their revisions as they were before the change
in question.

I think you can get a better answer if we knew what you mean by "the
state of your depot".
I suspect you have something more specific in mind.
