[p4] Big trouble after upgrading p4web

Hello,
I just upgraded P4Web from 2006.1 to 2007.2
This deletes my previous configuration and I don't know how to get the
following running:
I need two p4web services:
- one client connection without authentication on Port 8080, using user
A with client A
- one client connection with full read write acces and user
authorization  on Port 8008
The only thing I get running is the first one, but this uses client
guest which is not available.
Any help is welcome.
