[p4] Changelist date?

You've probably realized this by now, but the date in
the temp file is ignored since that is a read-only value.

I'm playing around with creating changelists. I wrote up a changelist
description in a temp file, and used "cat temp | p4 change -i" to create
the change. It works fine, except for one weird thing. The creation date
of the changelist, as recorded in perforce, is one hour later than the
date given in the temp file. Odd!

Any ideas?
