[p4] How to set executable bit question

Hi,

How to set executable bit question:

p4 edit <file-name>
p4 reopen -t xtext <file-name>
p4 submit

Or, in p4win:
P4win -> sync to head -> open for edit -> in the pending changelist,
right click the file -> change file type -> check the "+x" -> OK ->
submit

I created a script and checked it in before setting the executable bit. 
Now I can't find out how to set it so that when I resync, it sticks.

Anyone?
