[p4] Changing default changelist

As I said, a *shorthand* command. (And changes won't show the
affected files, you have to filter its output into another
command for that.)

I just use this alias:

alias pending='p4 changes -s pending -u smithr3'

You could stick a "-l" in there if you want more detail.
