It's looking good now, I did not compile rlog properly, thanks for pointing me to the source of the problem.

From the output, I suspect a problem with the
patched version of rlog you are using.
Please verufy that you indeed applied the patch and that
the resulting rlog can be executed against your RCS ,v files.
