[p4] Moving cvs2p4 converted depot to a live server

You will have to use the perfmerge++ tool, available by request from
Perforce support, to merge depots. That is the only way to mix conversion
results with an existing repository. I would also discourage using your
lice P4ROOT for conversion results, even if you plan to wholesale replace
it. You can copy all of the files and directories from your temporary
P4ROOT (used by the script) to the production one after the conversion
completes.
