[p4] Moving cvs2p4 converted depot to a live server

First try going to the Perforce ftp site:
ftp://ftp.perforce.com/pub/perforce
Then go in two more directory levels, choosing the folder names
corresponding to your p4d version, then the OS you are using:
E.g.: ftp://ftp.perforce.com/pub/perforce/r07.2/bin.ntx86/
See if you can find the perfmerge tool there. If you don't see it, contact
support at perforce.com and request a build for your environment. I just did
it, and it only took a couple of days to get it.
