I just had to match the cvs2p4-2.5 with the version 2005.2 of the
Perforce server (p4d) and client (p4).
I couldn't get any such luck with the latest cvs3p4. It always ended it
either with a failure of diff or a dbmeta error (with the -gengood option).

We had about 17 of these files in one particular folder it happened
always with the 10th file.

Yes, we've successfully converted our repositories without these files
and added them manually to the p4 depot.
