[p4] Reverting a submitted changelist?

1. Sync to the revision prior to the changelists you DON'T want.
2. Check out those files.
3. Submit the files to setup a resolve scenario.
4. Sync to the head of the files.
5. Resolve the file using your earlier revision as the one to keep.
6. submit.

Let's say you submit a series of changes to a repository (1, 2, and 3,
for instance). Then you decide you want the rollback changes 2 and 3.
That is, you would like to submit change 4 so that the the repository
now looks like it did at change 1. What's the best way to do this?
