[p4] Librarian checkout error

I'm not sure what happened but someone messed up something in the depot and when I try to revert the change, I get the following message:

C:\>p4 revert //depot/project/ 0.2/NOTES.TXT
//depot/project/0.2/NOTES.TXT#1 - was edit, reverted
Librarian checkout depot/project/ 0.1/NOTES.TXT failed.
open for read: depot/project/ 0.1/NOTES.TXT,v: No such file or directory


I do have those two existing files in my depot:

//depot/project/0.1/NOTES.TXT
//depot/project/0.2/NOTES.TXT

Does anyone know what is wrong and what I should do to revert the opened file //depot/project/ 0.2/NOTES.TXT?
