[p4] db.job locked after db.boddate!

Hi Andres

This is the sort of situation where Perforce support would be rather useful
to you - how much is costing you to be down?! I would have a word with your
management about the risks they are running...

Have you tried restoring from last checkpoint and journal rather than using
whatever was in db.* ?
