[p4] Perforce as a Document Management System

Hi 
 I came across an organisation which is evaluating
Perforce to be used as a document management system.

They are impressed with the Web interface. however
they want to find out how perforce can be used as a
document manegement system.

Have anyone done this before ?

1. Only the Web interface will be used.
2. Everyone should be able to do checkin/checkout
operation.

Please share your experiences.
