[p4] Integration question (not using history)

Hi,

 

I'm working on fileA, and this fileA has been modified on 7 changelists
(1...7). I did a filespec integration from changelist 4 to the new
branch and I decided I did not wanted the changes on this changelist.

 

I need to do a final mass integration to the new branch and the
integration wants to put the changes on changelist 4 in the file, even
when I told it to not do it on my previous integration. What is
happening?

 

If I try to integrate from changelist 5 then it worked fine, but not
when I just select the file not a specific version. I don't understand. 

 

Please advice.
