[p4] Workspace with "p4 print" and triggers with "p4 where"

Thanks David.  That was the issue.  I initially wrote the script 
limited to those four commands, but got a little side tracked when I 
was validating the script logic from the client command line.  Once, 
I went back to the four commands with the server side script it worked great.
