[p4] Axosoft update

 I had posted a question about issues with Axosoft integration. I found
the causes for our issues and thought I'd post an FYI:
When I try to view file history in Axosoft to choose a file revision to
link to an issue, the interface often gets and exception. There were 2
times when this happens:
1. When Perforce does not think that it has a rev of the file in the
Client Workspace
2. When there is a code branch.
Reported to Axosoft. No response yet.
