[p4] Unicode clients require a unicode server

Hi,

Somehow, I've set my charset to be utf8.  I don't remember exactly where
I did that.

Now, when I try to run "p4 client" from the command line I'm told that
"Unicode clients require a unicode enabled server." and the program
exits.

I'm running the perforce client under windows XP

The P4CHARSET environment variable is not set.

How can I tell it not to use a unicode charset?
