[p4] Packaging tool

What's an "enlistment" - client/workspace?  If so, you might try my p4tar
scripts available in my directory in the public depot.

I need a tool that would help me moving my changes to other enlistments of
the same branch. I used to have such tool but it was proprietary. Basically
what it has to do is to take all changed and added files, put them into a
file so that I could unpack that file against another enlistment. I must say
that I thought there was a good deal of such tools but to my surprise I
can't find any one easily. Any ideas/pointers?
