[p4] Fix/Update to p4bindgen...

In fact, if you just make your own copy with p4 integ / submit then
fix it with p4 edit/submit on the server, Gordon can just integrate
your work back.
And, in the meantime, anyone who is using it can notice that someone
made an integ/bugfix and decide how to proceed.
