[p4] P4WEB users usage

Hi,

I want to work with P4WEB standard mode (read/write mode).

P4web runs as a service on Windows host.

When I try to login to p4web, only login to the auto-created user named
"SYSTEM" succeed.

All other users (include the super-user) can not login.

My questions:
1.	Is it a limitation of P4WEB standard mode - work only using
SYSTEM account?
		If not, what is the solution to enable every Perforce
user lofgin access to the database via P4WEB?
		
      2.    Is there an ability to run "switch user" from within P4WEB?
