[p4] P4WEB users usage

Hi Yariv,

The only thing I can think of is that it must be connecting to the wrong p4
daemon.  Can you verify at the top of the p4web screen that the "Port:"
setting matches what you expect?

Failing that, what error message do you get when login fails?
