[p4] How well does perforce handle the disk being full?

It really doesn't. Chances are that you will get problems in an 
individual transaction from journal corruption all the way to database 
and archive corruption. Almost every time I've seen Perforce go through 
a disk full condition, there has been some nasty effect, and sometimes 
it takes a few days to appear when it's something like client spec or 
have list corruption.
