[p4] Symbolic names for pending changelists?

Is there any way to give a pending changelist a symbolic name?   
Instead of doing "p4 add -c 12345 foo.c", it would be a lot easier to  
do "p4 add -c myFooChanges foo.c".  That would save me from having to  
look through the list of pending changes to see which number is the  
one I want.
