[p4] Symbolic names for pending changelists?

Nop.
There is no direct way, as perforce does not store any
alias for changelists.
But if you realise the power of command line you will
be able to write alias/macro which can display the
required info just before submitting.
[unix] alias d='p4 changes changes -s pending';
[Dos] doskey d='p4 changes -s pending'
You can place the alias names in the beginning of the
changelist description so that they will appear in the
output of 'd'
