[p4] jobspec mods

I've modify our jobspec a while ago, and didn't experience any problem
with any client (we use a wide range of version of p4 all O/S
flavours, P4Win, P4V, etc...). The main difference here is that I
numbered the field 106: could it be a strange bug whereby P4V doesn't
cope with a gap in the fields when rendering the jobspec ? Just a
thought... If you can, it may be worth trying to renumber it.
