[p4] Symbolic names for pending changelists?

You can sort the pending change list by user name.
On the p4v client you can limit the list of pending change lists to the
specific user.

Is there any way to give a pending changelist a symbolic name?   
Instead of doing "p4 add -c 12345 foo.c", it would be a lot easier to do
"p4 add -c myFooChanges foo.c".  That would save me from having to look
through the list of pending changes to see which number is the one I
want.
