[p4] Monitoring

Well, I've got a (python) profiling script that monitors a lot of vital
stats of the p4 server, such as p4d cpu & memory usage, disk & network
load, running time & cpu usage per p4 task. It might be a good starting
point. But it'll only work if both client (where the profile script is
run) and server are Windows machines. I'm working on cleaning it up and
adding some documentation so it can go in the public depot, but you're
welcome to it now if you can use it. I'm also working on the linux
version, but that will take some more time to get to a usable state.
Still, the output of p4 monitor should give you a lot of info already,
and that part of the script is completely OS independent. Let me know
if you're interested.
