[p4] Embedded changelist # or file rev# in Word doc?

I don't see that it should be too difficult, in a trigger, use the Word
COM API to update the relevant fields. The downside is Word will need to
be on the server, which could be difficult if you have a unix server.
Have done something with clearcase in the past and it worked OK.
