[p4] QuickTest Pro .vbs files

[Libby, Cynthia]

QuickTest Professional (Test tool) uses .vbs (Visual Basic) files.
Perforce is recognizing these as binary. They look like text to me, but
before I force them as such I'd like to make sure that is right.
 
Any reason .vbs files should be binary?
