Dear Perforce Customer,
Effective July 1, 2008, our commercial pricing will change.
There will be an increase in the per user price of Perforce
licenses, which has remained unchanged since June 2005. To
accommodate our enterprise customers, we are also introducing
additional price tiers.
The cost of one year of technical support and product upgrades for
our standard support plan will remain unchanged at $160 per user.
For customers who have purchased technical support through our
Designated Contact Plan, the yearly fee per authorized contact
will increase to $4,000. The previous fee of $3,500 has been in
effect since May 2002.

To take advantage of our current pricing, please ensure that we
receive your purchase order by close of business on June 30, 2008.
For customers whose initial purchase occurred after July 1, 2007,
please note that your one-year price lock -- a feature of our standard
End User License Agreement -- enables you to buy at our "old" rates
until the 365-day term has elapsed.
