there is an option in p4 revert i.e. "-k" so once you know the client name/file name by below "p4 opened -a | grep 'userid@'" command you can do following as admin:
  p4 -c <client_name> revert -k <file_name>

You will see files open by that user on client specs owned by different users.

You will have to login as that user.
Set to the client spec and revert the files.

You should then warn your users to lock their client specs.

Subject: [p4] Problem while deleting a user

Hi,

I am having a problem while deleting a user account from Perforce. I
used "p4 user -d -f ". Then it showed that user has some opened
files on one client. I deleted all the workspace for that user. But when i
tried to delete the user account, i am still getting the same msg that user
has some opened files on one client. When i check for files opened by that
user, i can see there is one pending changelist, but that is not associated
with any workspace. How can i delete this user now.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Shambhu.
