[p4] Integrating submit message along with code?

When I submit a bug fix to a branch, I often want to submit the same  
fix to other branches.  I know how to cherry-pick just the one change  
(p4 integ ...@=xxxxx ...), but it's annoying that I have to cut and  
paste the submit message (which I usually want to be the same on all  
branches).

Any easy way to get the submit message to come along with the change  
itself?
