[p4] anybody use p4v on this list?

P4V works. It has a few more bugs than most of us have come to expect
from Perforce, but it's still pretty high quality in the industry.

There has been an observed problem like this, however. I believe the
solution is to shut down P4v, delete your tickets directory (by default
$HOME/.p4tickets) and start P4V again. Search the list or contact
support if this doesn't work for you.

You don't say what platform you're on, but I'd also make sure you have
permission to create and write to your tickets directory.
