[p4] Changing user accessed time

Oops, never mind. I was looking at the wrong user after I tried the
p4 user command. None of those commands appear to change the time
stamp unless you actually make a change. My guess is an automated
process of some sort is to blame.

If you check the time by running p4 user, it will be updated because you
accessed the user even if you make no changes. As far as I can tell, p4
user -o doesn't do this, nor does p4 users.

I'm not sure if pinging by p4win or p4v will update it, but there may
be other processes that have been running under that account which are
keeping the access time updated. (I've found a few like that here.)

I have several old user accounts that the accessed time remains current
even though I know the user has not logged in for several months.

Would having entries in the review section of the account and having a
review daemon running keep the accounts accessed time current?

Thanks
