[p4] P4Win moved to "Legacy Software"

The few features I'm missing from P4V (I'm currently using 2007.3):
    - Command prompt
    - Explore
    - Find in Depot (from the changelist view and from the log pane)
    - Diffing binary files - it tells me the files are binary, but 
continues comparing them as text. P4Win at least will tell me the files 
are identical or different. That's all I care about for binary files
    - Diffing by drag and drop, while cool, is not very convenient when 
you have more than one page of versions
