[p4] adding drop-down menu options in P4V

I understand that there is a way to add menu options to the drop-down
menu for various aspects of P4V.

 

I would like to add the ability to run a script against a saved
changelist in a users pending chagelist area by having the user right
mouse click on the changelist and select the script from the drop-down
menu. I would expect the script to receive the changelist number and go
from there.

 

Can anyone point me in the direction of documentation that supports
this?
