[p4] Getting Perforce downloads easier (Peter Hecht)

Hi,

I have an old improvement proposal to Perforce team:
To prepare an installer that holds all the components - p4d, p4, p4v,
p4win, etc. (one installer per operating system).

I think it will be much easier to download, manage and install Perforce
using such full installer.
