[p4] Sizing P4Proxy

It's pretty much just about disk space. You'll want some multiplier of the
working sets at those locations. The multiplier you use depends on how you
want to age and clean up the proxy cache.

The only CPU need is for (de)compression. The memory requirements are
minimal since it's not processing metadata.

I am looking to deploy p4proxy on the remote end of a geographically
distributed team to reduce p4 latency. Can anyone provide any information
