[p4] Getting a list of checked out files and the corresponding user that has the file checked out

Hi, is there a method of retrieving a list of files that are checked out
in a depot along with the users name? Specifically on filetype would be
handy.

p4 changes -s pending //depot/....txt seems to list all changelists
under depot that contain a .txt file but I'm after output like the
following:

//depot/mypath/files/docs/myfile.txt - checked out by Joe
//depot/mypath/files/misc/myotherfile.txt - checked out by Harry
