[p4] What is "Show file state icons" supposed to doin WindowsFile Explorer?

It worked in P4Win but P4V doesn't use it AFAIK.

Could one person send me a screen shot of Explorer showing the file
state icons?  I'd like to make sure this is supposed to do what I
assume.
