[p4] Different time zone between P4 server and p4 clients.

This is a non-issue. Perforce will do the right thing.
All data on the server is kept in server time.
Time stamps on sync'd files will be converted to client time.

I am not sure how anyone handle this if they have developers in
different time zone than where p4 server is.
We have office in overseas and they will check in code to perforce
server in different time zone.
So, we kind of will end up sync to a file with future date and time.
Anyone knows how to resolve this problem?
