[p4] Is vista not supported?

Very weird indeed. I've run as the Administrator user, with the firewall
turned off systemwide giving an IP in numeric format. Still doesn't work for
the command line p4.exe, but works fine for a telnet client (e.g. putty).
C:\Windows\system32>p4 -p 192.168.1.11:1666 info
Perforce client error:
Connect to server failed; check $P4PORT.
TCP connect to 192.168.1.11:1666 failed.
connect: 192.168.1.11:1666: WSAETIMEDOUT
I'll continue looking. Thanks for the suggestions.
