[p4] Automatically add P4 job number the submit message

Hello Steve,

Thank you for the reply.

We are using a few software development tools from Atlassian (Bamboo -
continuous integration, JIRA - issue tracking and also Fisheye - code
browsing). Some of the integration points are available only via "P4 job
key" within the P4 submit message. Currently, we depend on user entering
correct P4 Job number - manually in the submit form. This process is
error prone and we'd like to automate it.

Do you really want that redundancy? What happens if someone accidentally

does a fix then realizes they made a mistake and deletes it. Are you 
going to patch up the comments on that, also?

You should look at the new fix triggers in 2007.3 and the form-in and 
form-out triggers in previous versions.
