[p4] Same workspace for multiple user

Is it possible to have the same workspace for multiple user.  I know it 
is not the best practice but the way we would be using it, it would be 
only to sync file to the same place on everybody's computer.  We are 
looking in having everybody the same working environment.  So to be, we 
need everybody to have the same header file in the same path.

So what is the best way of having a workspace for multiple user?  Is 
there some knowledge I would need to know.
