[p4] backups

One small note that can be handy is to create depots in a common folder.

So, all our depot spec have "Depots/" in front of them
e.g. for Tools depot:
Map:	Depots/Tools/...

This allows our script to backup the folder Depots without being
bothered with db files and other non important files.

(Of course, don't forget to grab the truncated journal and checkpoint
generated)
