[p4] Same workspace for multiple user

I would suggest that you do two things:(1)  Read the responses to this
thread very carefully. They are correct in saying that there might be ways
to do this, but that you might want to consider "why" you're doing it. There
are likely to be better or more maintainable solutions.
(2) Then, call up Tech Support and chat for 10-15 minutes about this.
They've seen it all, or at least a lot, and will be able to listen to the
bigger-picture thing you're trying to do.

You'll end up with a small amount of custom-help for your situation. You've
already paid for the phone call with your support contract, so there's  no
added cost to this.
